Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were very clean but a bit small, they did come with nice Shiseido toiletries. Unfortunately, there was no view of the harbor at night. The service had its ups and downs; most of the staff were very friendly, especially the one who helped with luggage named Inove, but there was one staff member who seemed constantly dissatisfied. The location was superb, near all the main areas and connected to a large shopping mall, although it was a bit far from some key attractions like Kobe Port Tower. Dining was a hit or miss; the breakfast had a good selection, but one guest found the buffet overpriced and limited. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is conveniently located near various tourist attractions and connected to a great mall. The rooms, although spacious and clean, appear a bit old and grimy in some areas. The service is friendly overall, though one staff member showed a constant dissatisfied look. Dining offers a good selection of Japanese and western breakfast, yet some find it pricey and limited. The facilities are well-maintained but may feel a bit outdated.
The hotel has comfortable beds but in an inconvenient position and overall looks a bit old with stained carpets, a downside is the inability to enjoy the view.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room size at this Japanese hotel; it was bigger than average, even though it was a bit hot and the shower position was not very convenient. Luckily, the handheld shower helped make it more manageable. The service was excellent, with extremely kind and helpful staff, especially Inove who managed luggage. The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from Kobe Station, the harbor, and great tourist spots, including a connected shopping mall. Dining was a mix of Asian and Western breakfast options, with a good selection and nice views. The facilities were top-notch, providing all necessary services for a comfortable stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and larger than usual, making it very comfortable. The handheld shower was a bit inconvenient but manageable. The service was top-notch with friendly staff, especially Inove who helped with luggage. The location was superb, near major tourist spots and connected to the Umie shopping mall. The dining options were varied, though prices were a bit high. Overall, a good value for money.
